Guests are welcome to visit The Spa in their bathrobes and slippers or gym
clothes. Alternatively, changing facilities are available.
Children of hotel guests under 12 years of age are welcome to use the pool
between the hours of 9 and 5. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
at all times and are not permitted to use the gymnasium, saunas, steam room,
plunge pools, or spa bath.

We recommend that you arrive 15 mins prior to your first appointment in order
to complete the necessary consultation form. This allows the therapist to
adjust treatments to suit clients who may be contra-indicated.
It is advisable to shower before all body treatments.
Patch tests are requires before the first eyelash tint appointment.
