Mill Hay is a Queen Anne Country House set in 3 acres of landscaped gardens, adjacent to the site of a Water Mill which dates from the twelth century. The House, built in red brick and mellow Cotswold stone, has been lovingly restored to the highest standards of comfort. Within the gardens there is a lake where ducks have made their home, fully stocked with trout, for the enjoyment of visitors. A warm welcome at Mill Hay is assured. You will relax immeadiatley amongst the unashamedly luxurious appointments and the peace and quiet of this lovely house.

Every modern comfort has been installed whilst retaining charm and character. Each bedroom has an en suite luxury bathroom with bath or shower, kitchenette, telephone, television, safe and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. All rooms have views of the gardens and the surrounding countryside.

Normally you are free to enjoy the house to the full, including the Garden Hall and the Dining Room. Above all you will enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Breakfast is served in the intimate dining room. Annette welcomes you to Mill Hay House and will do her best to ensure you that have an enjoyable stay.
