A delightful, beautifully presented cottage with a charming, cosy and comfortable ambiance. Situated in the peaceful Upper High Street, just a few minutes walk to the famous village centre with its excellent amenities with renowned restaurants and bistros including Russell's - traditional pubs and a variety of shops and galleries as well as supermarket, delicatessen, wine merchants, bakers and butchers.

The cottage is close to the Cotswold Way and an inspiring walk to Broadway Tower giving spectacular views. Perfectly situated for exploring the wonderful gems of the Cotswolds. If you have any special requests please enquire.

Ground Floor: Entrance Hall. Lounge: with open fireplace, television and DVD player. Dining Room: with large dining table for 6 and additional seating area. Fully Fitted Kitchen: incorporating. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge and separate freezer (in under stairs cupboard) microwave and washing machine. Additional Outside WC.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2: with twin beds. Bedroom 3: with double bed. Bathroom: full suite with shower over bath.

Outside: A secluded Cotswold stone walled garden with garden furniture.

Parking: is available in a parking bay within a few yards of the cottage or in nearby residential car-park within 5 minutes walk. The Upper High Street is very quiet with little or no traffic making unloading and loading outside the property easy.
