2, The Old Bakery is a pretty, Cotswold stone cottage,
three minutes gentle walk from Broadway Village Green. The cottage is one of
four and has a beautiful, little, south-facing garden with a brook running
along the bottom of it. This comfortable cottage which is tastefully decorated
provides the perfect base for your visit to Broadway and the Cotswolds.
The First Floor comprises of two Double sized bedrooms with Twin or Double beds
available, and a bathroom with bath and mira shower. There is enough space to
add an extra bed in either of the bedrooms if required, at a small
supplement.
The Ground Floor comprises of: a sitting room with log
burning fire, and french doors leading into the enclosed garden and patio;
separate dining room; fully equipped kitchen; and guest cloakroom.

The sitting room has a colour TV (with digital Freeview),
DVD & video player, CD & radio casette player and open log burning fire
for winter use.
The kitchen has a gas hob, electric double oven & grill, microwave, fridge,
freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher.
For larger parties "Brook Cottage"
the cottage next door and "2, The Old Bakery " could be taken
together if available. |

week-end lets, all bookings begin and end on Saturdays (unless otherwise
arranged).
Your accommodation will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and must
be vacated by 10 am on your day of departure. |

Details &
Cancellation
Policy |
A deposit of 30% of the rental cost
secures a booking.
Once the deposit (or full rental), is received this will be counted as a firm
booking and you are then responsible for the balance no less than 7 weeks
before the start of the holiday. If it becomes necessary for you to change the
dates of a booking AFTER the owner has issued a Booking Confirmation for
whatever reason, there will be an administration fee of £25 per week. (Any
alteration will be subject to new dates being available). Bookings altered
after the final Balance has been paid can only be credited if the owner is able
to re-book the cancelled or altered dates. If you wish to cancel at any time
the owner will only make a refund (less £25 for administration), if they
can re-let the property. We recommend that you take out your own holiday
cancellation insurance. If for any reason the owner needs to cancel a confirmed
booking the liability is limited to the return of any payments made. |
