Sheepscombe House is located three miles above Broadway, on the edge of the picturesque village of Snowshill. It is an excellent base from which to tour The Cotswolds, Oxford, and Stratford upon Avon.

The accommodation is warm and comfortable and has recently been decorated and refurbished. All rooms have TV, hair dryers, clock radios and tea and coffee making facilities. At Sheepscombe House we serve " A Cotswold Breakfast" to order, using local produce and suppliers, including freshly laid eggs from our own hens.

The Byre is a superior, newly furnished, self-contained suite comprising a kitchenette and sitting area, and a comfortable family sized bedroom with en-suite shower room. It has oak beams, a 6ft double bed (which can be made into twin 3ft beds) and a further 3 ft single bed. The Byre has wonderful views down the Snowshill valley, you can even lie in bed with your morning cup of tea watching the sheep graze! Price from £100 per room per night based on 2 guests. The Byre is also available for longer term lets as a self-catering suite. Price on application.

The Granary Room has it's own separate entrance and is furnished with antique pine and a king size bed with en-suite shower room. Price from £95 per room per night based on 2 guests.

Deposit To confirm a Room: 1 nights stay - £50 deposit; 2 or more nights - cost of 1st nights stay. All deposits non refundable.

Payment We accept the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, & Maestro. Unfortunately we need to add a surcharge of 2% to all credit card transactions, there will be no charge on debit card transactions.

Views & Car Parking The garden has wonderful open views across the hillsides and into the vale. There is ample car parking beside the house.

Nearby Country Pub
Our own village pub, The Snowshill Arms, is in a delightful setting and serves very good food and Donnington Ales, just a 5/10 minute walk from Sheepscombe House.

Directions
From Broadway take the turn opposite the Swan Hotel signposted to Snowshill. Continue up the hill to Snowshill. At the top of hill take the right fork to lower part of village. Continue past the pub (Snowshill Arms) on your right and bear right, go up the wooded hill, as the road opens up take a right turn down the lane and Sheepscombe House is then on your right.

Tim who was born and brought up and who has farmed in the Cotswolds all his life specialises in tours in the local area. Tim would be happy to arrange your tour to suit your needs, whole days or part days, incorporating garden visits, National Trust Houses, whatever suits. You could leave it to Tim who has a fount of knowledge on the more unusual, and lesser-known villages, and being a Countryman he is able to give you an insight on how the area has changed over the last 50 years. We also arrange Tours over the rest of the British Isles, London, Bath, York, Edinburgh, wherever you wish to go.

Or if you prefer a 2 day break Tim will organise a 1 night "stop over" for you and you will be back in your London Hotel in time for dinner on the second night. Tim also operates a 6 day 5 night tour of The Cotswolds and their Gardens, an overnight stay in Bath, and then down to visit The Gardens of Sussex and Kent. You could be met and greeted either from your flight or your Hotel, and after your tour taken back to any Hotel or Airport to continue your vacation or for your flight home.
