The Snowshill Hill Estate Bed and Breakfast accommodation is a comfortable, self-contained, independent dwelling which has been thoughtfully converted and furnished to the highest standards of quality, taste and style. It provides a unique opportunity to stay within the grounds of this prestigious North Cotswold Estate. Snowshill Hill Estate is 2 miles from the village of Snowshill where there is a lovely country pub and a pretty village church which was featured in the recent film "Bridget Jones' Diary".

The double bedrooms and the twin bedrooms all have en-suite toilet and shower, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryers, alarm clock radios and colour televisions as standard, plus many thoughtful extras.

The breakfast room/sitting room overlooks the main farm yard, has a woodburner and colour television/video recorder/DVD player, and is for the sole use of guests throughout their stay. Breakfast is home cooked and where possible use is made of Cotswold produce and suppliers. There is a patio with garden furniture for guests use.

Set some two miles from the village of Snowshill, this is a place rich in history; land where in 1644 it was noted in the Tithe Book that there were 360 sheep "sett upon Snowshill Hill" and it was said to be "a large common Hill", at the time forming part of the local Snowshill Manor Estate. The slate quarries which formed part of Hornsleasow Rough - an area of land now designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and within the Snowshill Hill Estate - were mentioned in the Indenture for Snowshill Manor in 1638.

Snowshill Hill Estate is within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the accommodation offers the ideal base from where to cycle, walk or tour the Cotswolds and its many beautiful villages. Within walking distance of Snowshill Lavender - Walk the lavender fields to see the range of different types, and visit the distillery where each summer, the lavender is harvested and the essential oils gently extracted using just rainwater. The Lavender fields are in bloom mid. June to mid. July. There are also some lovely Woodland Walks in the vicinity.

Rooms Available	The accommodation is for six in total. 1 x double bedroom with double bed & en-suite shower room. 1 x twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. 1 x twin bedded room (these beds can be converted to make a king-size bed) with en-suite shower room. Ideal for small groups, couples and the single traveller.
Tariff	Including Breakfast and VAT @ 17.5% : From £60 per room per night (double and twin rooms). From £30 per person per night. From £12.50 single person supplement.
