DIRECTIONS TO SNOWSHILL HILL ESTATE
DIRECTIONS FROM SNOWSHILL VILLAGE:
Follow the brown signs out of the village, heading towards Snowshill Lavender.
(If coming uphill from Broadway, drive past the Manor and village car parks on
the right, and take the next left, climb uphill to the crossroads and turn left
again - uphill). At the next crossroads, where you turn left towards the
Snowshill Lavender entrance and right for Ford and Stanway, continue straight
on. Travel uphill and to the next crossroads, stop and then go straight over
towards Bourton on the Hill. There is a sign on the wall on the right and ahead
of you slightly saying Snowshill Hill Bed and Breakfast at this point. Travel
one mile - turn down the avenue of trees which is the next on the right, where
the sign at the end of the road says Snowshill Hill Farms only. There is a also
a large independent sign in the field on the right. Follow the B&B signs
thereafter.
FROM LONDON:
M40: leave onto A40 at Exit 8 (easy to miss - only one mile after exit
7).
A40 to OXFORD by-pass, WITNEY by-pass and on to BURFORD.
At BURFORD turn right at roundabout - go through BURFORD village to STOW ON THE
WOLD.
At the second traffic lights at the top of Stow Hill turn left and fork
immediately right (A424 - signed to BROADWAY & EVESHAM).
Approximately 5 miles, turn left (signed SNOWSHILL). If you get to Troopers
Lodge Garage you have gone too far.
Approximately 1 mile turn right (signed SNOWSHILL) - cottage on right.
Approximately 1 mile turn left into avenue of trees (signed SNOWSHILL HILL -
FARMS ONLY).
At the flagpole keep left and follow the signs for B&B.
FROM M5 NORTH/SOUTH:
Leave M5 at EXIT 9 (TEWKESBURY) onto A46.
At roundabout join B4077 (signposted to STOW ON THE WOLD) to TODDINGTON
roundabout.
Turn left to BROADWAY. At T junction (A44) turn right.
At Village Green turn right (signed SNOWSHILL).
Fork left on entering SNOWSHILL and turn left at next crossroads (few hundred
yards).
Go straight across two further crossroads.
Approximately 1 mile, turn right into avenue of trees (signed SNOWSHILL HILL -
FARMS ONLY).
At the flagpole keep left and follow the signs for B&B.
