Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, should notification be received less than ten days prior to the arrival date, excluding Christmas, New Year and Cheltenham Festival, or in the event of non arrival or curtailment of stay, reservations must regretfully be changed in full unless we are able to re-let the room.
